FAQS

Is Woof Watchers insured?

Woof Watchers holds public liability insurance. In addition, I carry current police certificates. Documents will be provided to our clients during our ‘meet & greet’ session for their reference

How many times a day do pets get visited during pet sitting (House Visits)?

Normally pet sitting visits are only once per day for a period of 30mins for cats, dogs (includes a 15min walk) and caged animals. Two or three visits can be arranged per day at additional costs

Do you provide services to dogs with special needs?

Yes, we do. We can administer medicine, follow detailed instructions or arrange for personal & shorter walks for puppies as well as old or lame dogs

How many dogs does Woof Watchers take out at one given time?

I have a policy of no more than 4 small dogs or 2 large dogs at a time. This is to ensure that the dogs are allowed to socialise better with their walk buddies as well as with myself

How will I know that my dog is being walked and looked after while on holiday?

Upon request, I will keep you up to date on your dog's progress with us. I do this via text or emails

Is the transportation for my pet safe?

I own an air conditioned car ensuring that your pet is comfortable at all times. Dogs are safely restrained to ensure minimum movement and other pets will not be accepted if not placed in cages.

What if I wanted to cancel a booking?

I understand that sometimes, things just don't go to plan. We do allow refunds provided we are given a minimum of 48hrs notice for the cancellation
